The Vita Group manufactures square and round reconstituted foam blocks constructed through a process of bonding granulated post-industrial foam waste.
We process our off-cuts into rebonded foam. In this process, the foam off-cuts are reduced to flakes, then bonded with a binding system with a polyurethane base and formed under pressure.
Applications include mattresses, underlay, furniture, reinforcement foam, and more.
